LOGBOOK 18

In these months of waiting, between the end of Gomorrah and the resumption of the show in October, I was lucky enough to encounter Marco Marchese.
Marco is a guy from Palermo and 11 years entered the seminary. Marco's story, his Life takes a turn when he meets a particular deacon of 25 years will begin to sexual harassment.
Life of Mark is dominated by this event, "harassment" will last for six years to bring the boy to think of ending his life.
Marco is now a psychologist, he founded his own association for those who like him has suffered violence and seek the strength to tell.
I decided to tell his story, which is a few months working on his diaries for hours talking with him.
When I talk about my project, someone tells me that after I put the racket in trouble again because, although the priest has admitted his guilt and was sentenced to speak of these matters not I will make life easier.
In reality I speak with Mark and the more I find encouragement to continue my project, I admit that the encouragement of Roberto (Saviano course) spurs me to at least try.
I understand that it is not easy, partly because the story is complicated and delicate, and because my career as an author and director is still a lot of climbs.

THANKS!

's over!
knew that February 3 would come and in fact ....
Sunday, February 3 in Salem is the last replica of Gomorrah.
In recent months I have tried to keep a journal, sometimes publicly and sometimes Private Naples after I did some thanks, I now urge to make conclusive.
Thanks!
The boys of Gomorrah, and one of the guys put Ernesto well. The term theater company is an understatement for this group of exceptional people and players, without them this show would not have received the acclaim he had.
Thanks!
The coaches of the show.
With Ciro Pellegrino Francesco Forni for images and music for kids-I want to work with you! Al Teatro Mercadante
, to all the people who work there, which contradicts all the stereotypes about the theater audience. These are people who really take what they do.
Thanks! A
Louis Marshall, because if I am mind he is now the arm. Above is a loyal friend.
With Fabrizia that has been near Prato.
thanks to Paul and my pupils Fiorenzuola D'Arda. Thanks to the heat of public
Piedmont, Como, Marghera.
Thanks to a younger generation of journalists and theater critics, who have set themselves against me and against the show, with curiosity and desire to understand, without prejudice.
Thanks!
To all those who said that this project would be a failure, that I was a "blowjob" director, that the text did not work, that ours is not a "theater", who have treated us like kids unaware. Thanks, really thank you, because all these attacks have created a compact team is motivated!
thanks go to people who have written on my my blog, on the various contacts of my space, who came to see the show, sometimes from afar, and who have felt the need to be close.
I think I've thanked everyone.
....
Why the gratitude I tell him in person is missing!
's over! ... For now!

LOGBOOK 17

E 'with a certain sadness that I write these words. Yesterday, we represented
Gomorrah, theater Siani Marano, a representation was given to schools in the city.
We have done more than a school play in recent months, have always been a success, the children of northern Italy have followed carefully and after there have been questions. It was clear that their teachers had prepared them to encounter.
Last night things went differently, after a presentation of nearly forty minutes in which they alternate the traditional authorities, started the show in a rare confusion. Throughout the performance, a buzz and chatter that made it nearly impossible to continue. Guys with cell phones turned on, others that were bursting the balloons made the tires, just to say that only a few things. Every moment of the show was excuse to cry and disorders.
I've never seen a teacher get up in some way to calm the children.
I have often wondered if we expect to bring the show in the schools of Campania, honestly, after the experience last night I do not see the utility. It 's amazing to think that they, they know that the Camorra, who live it every day, are completely uninterested in the subject. I also wonder what is the point to take it with the boys. If I do have a question you on those teachers, who probably have only limited to accompany them.
thanks anyway my kids up when it was possible, did their best.
